The "Ali Baba" Apartment Hotel in Kas is located directly in the center of town, just one minute to walk away from beaches, centre & harbour. To the divecenter it is 3 min to walk.

The apartment hotel is a family runned place and offers apartments with self-catering.

The apartments can sleep max. 6 persons but we do recommend this place for 2-3 persons since there is only 1 bedroom and further sleeping possibilities are sleeping couches in the living room.

Each apartment consists of an living room with open "american" kitchen, 1 bedroom, shower/wc and a small floor. Size in total is around 60 squaremeter per apartment.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking place, fridge, hot water maker and all other nessessary stuff such as plates, spoons, glasses etc. the building is providing a shared washing machine which is free of charge.

Bed linnen 6 towels are provided.

Several apartments have an spacious balkony which looks to the harbour and city of Kas. The bedrooms do have an seperate balkony as well. There is balkony furniture such as table, chairs and even deck-chairs for sunbathing or just relaxing. All apartments have air-condition.

All in all, the equipment of the apartment is basic & functionally. No luxus here, but there is no other possibility to have an apartment that close to everything. Therefore we recommend the "Ali Baba" Apartment Hotel to all travellers who prefer to have some more space, self-catering options
and who want to be close to the center.

A stay in this hotel can be combined with all other services offered by us : Airport transfer, scuba-diving & diving courses, car rental, private boat trips, tours & excursions etc.

Payment procedures :
Once all your questions are answered and you have decided to make your reservation, you will receive an confirmation by us. Depending on booked services, we do charge 15-20% as deposite to secure your booking. The rest you pay directly in Kas ( at day of checkout from the hotel ), then.

For your payment, we do provide bank accounts in the European Union as well as secure online payment possibilities such as "payPal". With ingoing deposite payment, your reservation becomes binding and you will receive an final booking confirmation as well as further informations.
